Original U.S. mono press w/ Andy Warhol-designed album art. Certainly one of the rarest records we've come across.

Jacket shows a little wear to the corners along the opening edge. Some light foxing along the opening edge on both front and back and a small spot at the top left corner of the rear cover from some old adhesive, looks like. Top seam has a rougly 1" split from the opening corner. Minor foxing on labels, mostly on side 2. A few stray marks on vinyl, mostly in the dead wax. Record was cleaned in our ultrasonic and plays very nicely with a light crackle or two.
